“Elite Desserts” with Jesus Escalera

This 3-day course will be held at Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by Spanish pastry chef, Jesus Escalera.
One of the world’s leading pastry chef’s, Jesus Escalera, is regarded as a great within his field. After working within many esteemed establishments such as ‘The Fat Duck’, Escalera has managed to make his business in Guadalajara (Mexico), La Postrería, a benchmark difficult to equal when it comes to bringing a pastry vision closer to culinary approaches. He has earned the prestigious title of Latin American Best Pastry Chef according to, The World's 50 Best Restaurants. Additionally, he was honoured as one of the 100 most creative individuals in Mexico in 2022, a distinction bestowed upon him by the esteemed publication Forbes.
This class will run between 9am & 4pm (approximately), but please allow for a slight overrun.
Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.
This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Jesus has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.
