‘Chocolate Bonbon Design with Andrey Dubovik’

This 2-day course will be held at the Pastry Academy España ‘pop-up’ situated in the Esplugues de Llobregat area of Barcelona, and will be hosted by international chocolatier Andrey Dubovik.
Andrey Dubovik is an internationally renowned chocolate designer, author of Pralinarium (2019), Superpralinarium (2021) & Offbeat (2025) as well as the creator of successful online bonbon design courses. Andrey truly is one of the worlds best chocolatiers and we are thrilled to work with him once again, this time in his home of Barcelona.
THIS CLASS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ENGLISH - Translation to Spanish, will be available (if requested).
This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on both days, but please allow for a slight overrun.
Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch, although this is not included.
This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on if the chef wishes. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory! The class is very personal and is limited in number to 8 participants, to ensure that all participants get the most out of this immersive experience.
This class is ideal for chocolatiers, patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Andrey has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
