This 5-day course will be held at Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by British pastry chef, Damien Wager. Focussing on Modern Patisserie, this masterclass will explore your favourite modern patisserie items - including tarts, macarons, chocolates and petit gateaux, as well as Damien’s signature items and of course, Lifelike Fruits.
An opportunity for all to learn & develop their modern patisserie skills, covering a broad range of subjects, at a price that accommodates their affordability. It is our ethos that education & upskilling should be available to the masses in order to better substantiate our industry, and not just the few.
One of the UK’s leading pastry chef’s, Damien Wager, has been impressing fans on his social media, and until recently, patrons within his patisseries, for a number of years with his unique and delicious creations. Damien focusses on nostalgic flavours, combining these with modern designs and techniques in his brand new signature patisserie selection. Chef Damien is renowned for his teaching and mentorship, having hosted masterclasses around the world for a number of years and inspiring hundreds of aspiring pastry chefs, bakers and fans!

This is not about collecting the participants with the highest ‘bids’, but allowing those who are sincere to attend. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment if we feel you are deliberately trying to take advantage of the good nature intended from this course. Making an ‘offer’ to attend does not guarantee attendance. Spaces once confirmed with payment are non-transferable nor are they open to commercial opportunity.
This class will run between 9am & 4pm (approximately) on each day, but please allow for a slight overrun.
Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.
This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Damien has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.
