‘Patisserie with Justyna Sekunda’

This 2-day course will be held at the Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by Polish star, Justyna Sekunda.

Join us for a wonderful two day masterclass, with “The Queen of Velvet Spray”. During the masterclass you will explore how to create delicious mousse cakes, and how to decorate them in the most eye-catching velvet spray. This class will be conducted in English.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on both days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.

This class will be demonstration based, as well as hands-on and so you will really be able to get to grips with all methods and techniques used. All of our classes are very personal and are limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.

This class is ideal for enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Justyna has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
