‘Chocolate Showpiece Masterclass with Frank Haasnoot’

This 3-day masterclass will be held at Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by ‘World Chocolate Master’, Frank Haasnoot.
A class unlike any other - this event will explore how to design and create, award-winning chocolate showpieces. Renowned for his innovative techniques and equipment, Chef Frank will demonstrate how to produce his signature show-stopping chocolate sculpture.
This class will run between 9am & 4pm (approximately) on both days, but please allow for a slight overrun.
Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.
This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand chocolate showpieces, plus the full concepts of what Frank has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.
