‘Concept to Creation, Plated Desserts with David Vidal’

This course will be held at the Pastry Academy UK, situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by international Pastry Chef - David Vidal.

Please Note - this demonstration class will be conducted in English

David Vidal is known the world over for his distinctive style and intricate designs that are ever present throughout all of his creations. This hands-on class, limited in number, is a completely new concept - Chef will arrive with no knowledge of the ingredients available; and alongside the participants, is presented with a list of available produce and moulds. From this, Chef and the participants will create 5 stunning plated desserts within the two days. The idea behind this is to learn, in real time, how to plan and map the process of creating incredible desserts.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on both days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.

This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.

This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of David’s teachings.

No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
